The Uni Kuru-Toga line is pretty interesting. In this video I discuss the qualities and practicality of 2 pencils in the series. I now own 3 Kuru Toga pencils. The only one I don't have is the High Grade, yet. The Roulette is to me by and large the best Kuru Toga available to date. It has the overall shape of the High Grade with the advantage of being almost all metal. The only external plastic piece (save for the black tip) is the push button topper. Know the Technology behind Kuru Toga The Kuru Toga turns the lead for me, so I never have to shift my grip on the pencil. I find I'm writing a bit faster and my writing certainly looks better with the consistent line width. I still like my other pencils of various types too, but the Kuru Toga is one that I'll keep as a daily user. It's a very pleasing pencil, and was a good value too.
